Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build and deliver IT Infrastructure automation platform for cloud and digital workplace solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must Have
• In-depth hands-on experience with the following tools and technologies:
• IT Service Management (ITSM) – ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence
• IT Operation Management (ITOM) – ServiceNow, Since Logic, Symphony Summit, OpsRamp
• Provisioning Management – Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Chef
• Orchestration - ServiceNow, vRealize, Camunda.
• Container Orchestration Platforms - Kubernetes, Openshift, Docker
• Monitoring Tools – Nagios, Manage Engine, Solar Winds, Elastic Search.
Key Technical Expertise Areas
• Experience in building and delivering IT infrastructure automation platforms for cloud and digital workplace services.
• A well-organized self-starter who delivers assigned work on schedule while managing multiple tasks under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written); capable of writing systems documentation and procedures; a disciplined approach to change management processes.
Education:
BE or B. Tech degree preferred.
