Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer with 2–4 years of hands-on
experience in managing IT infrastructure, monitoring solutions, backup systems, and cloud
technologies. The role offers a hybrid working model, allowing candidates to work both from
the office and remotely as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• NinjaOne: Complete management of endpoints, patch management, remote monitoring, and IT automation.
• Cohesity: Implementing, managing, and monitoring data protection, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Backup Tools: Ensure data integrity, scheduling backups, and restoring systems when required.
• Manage Azure AD, including user provisioning, groups, and access management.
• Configure and troubleshoot IP networking technologies.
• Manage 3CX telephony systems and ensure smooth communication operations.
• Operate RMM tools like Nagios, PRTG, or similar monitoring solutions for proactive system management.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers and HPE server ILO for efficient server management.
• Handle Zendesk ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.
• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and monitoring of IT infrastructure.
• Provide general IT support to ensure smooth business operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 2–4 years of experience in IT infrastructure roles.
• Strong expertise in NinjaOne for endpoint management, patching, and IT automation.
• Proficiency in Cohesity for backup, data management, and disaster recovery.
• Hands-on experience with backup tools to ensure data security and availability.
• Experience with Azure AD, IP networking, and 3CX telephony systems.
• Familiarity with RMM tools like Nagios, PRTG, or equivalents.
• Experience with Cisco routers and HPE ILO server configuration.
• Knowledge of Zendesk ticketing system for IT support management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and hybrid work settings.
