Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Mumbai aligned with IT Infrastructure, RPA, and ServiceNow solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, partners, OEMs, and distributors
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth
• Understand client requirements and provide consultative solution-based selling
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical & marketing) to design effective solutions
• Manage complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure
Required Skills & Expertise
• Strong experience in IT Infrastructure Sales / Technology Sales
• Good understanding of:
• Networking & Network Components
• CCTV systems and deployment
• Server & Storage solutions
• Network Security (Firewalls, Endpoints)
• Ability to understand client requirements without heavy technical dependency
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
• 5–8 years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales
• Prior experience with System Integrator / OEM / IT Distributor preferred
• Strong client network in Mumbai market
• Existing relationships with corporate clients, OEMs, and channel partners
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Familiar with Mumbai geography and business ecosystem
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong networking skills (active & passive)
• Ability to work independently and drive business growth
