Workforce Australia For Individuals is a premium Managed Services Provider in the Northern Territory. We are expanding our engineering team in Alice Springs to take on new clients and continue to improve service delivery.
Your Role
You will play a key part in our success as an IT Infrastructure Specialist. You will use your technical knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills to provide outstanding support and services to our valued clients. You will build trust and ongoing relationships with both our clients and participate in regular support activities as well as engaging technical projects of all scopes and sizes.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret client requirements into a working solution
Utilize Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft hosted services
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues
Provide top-quality documentation
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Requirements
Cyber security knowledge and understanding of risks businesses face
Experience with Active Directory/DNS/DHCP/WSUS/DFS/File Services and associated MS technologies
VoIP systems management expertise
Remote Support experience
Routers, switches, and associated core networking knowledge
