Our Cinema Technology Group
We're looking for a Service Desk Specialist to join our team. This role will provide support across all functional areas of IT, including infrastructure, application support, networks, call handling, troubleshooting, technical administration, and office support.
Troubleshoot and solve hardware and software issues, including PCs/Laptops, POS terminals, servers, kiosks, and network equipment.
Use appropriate tools to install, repair, and service HOYTS devices.
Provide support to HOYTS locations and clients, responding to logged tickets efficiently.
Train internal teams in the use of business systems, networks, and applications.
Respond to urgent after-hours queries, providing troubleshooting support in a timely manner.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and third-party vendors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
Experience in hardware, computer software, service infrastructure, and enterprise applications.
A qualification in IT or a related degree (desirable).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to prioritize goals, deliver key outcomes, and think outside the box.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
