Skills should be aware : To login any machine from there (USA) to here (India).
Remote access.
Firewall/box and tools.
IT steps of windows and cloud both to log in.
Explanation skills in English.
Set up software install or troubleshoot.
User logs in and create.
In house problem-solving.
Working hours monitoring.
The virtual tour set up.
CRM help. Etc.
Details : Should be aware of the USA working style and flexible working time as per client. Good in English communication verbal and written both.
