Role/ Job Title: API Engineering Lead

Roles & Responsibilities
'- Provide engineering mentorship and support for all domains (especially Developers & Sr. Developers) using APIs
- Drive the stability, continuity and resilience of the entire program
- Mentoring the team on particular tehnologies and through practical technical challenges; and also to bring new joinees up to the pace in terms of the API development in context to the bank's technical environment
- The roles is a subject matter expert and mentor on API, Mulesoft
- This role also leads all technical discussions with internal/external customers
- Ensure integration of platform application with all required systems and services and provide clean, easy to use API for the frontend part of the system
- Technically strong and can think ‘digital’
- Ensure preparation of all delivery, BTO handover and knowledge base documents
- Experience with large-scale complex system integration implementations
- Strong in API design and best practices
- Responsible for staff motivation. KRA, Appraisals
