Hiring for a Draughtsman
Location - Andheri
Days of working - 6 Days (2nd and 4th Saturdays are off)
Timings - 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience - 5+ Years (Should have worked in Real Estate or an Architect firm)
CTC offered - Up to 7 LPA (completely depending on your experience and skills)
Key Responsibilities:
• AutoCAD Proficiency: Must be proficient in AutoCAD. Knowledge of Excel is an added advantage.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Thorough understanding of DCR (Development Control Regulations) rules and regulations.
• Drawing Interpretation: Ability to read and interpret municipal drawings effectively.
• Conceptual Layout Planning: Capable of creating conceptual layout plans as required.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Draughtsman with a solid background in AutoCAD and related software.
• Familiarity with DCR rules and municipal regulations.
• Strong ability to interpret and work with various types of drawings and layouts.
Preferred Background:
• Experience in the real estate sector or with an architectural firm.
