Regular customer visits & building excellent customer relationship
Generating new enquiries
Techno-commercial proposal offering & negotiation with customers
Driving new projects
Offer new concepts & products to grow market share
Responsible for creating excellent customer experience
Responsible for achieving all key KPI’s
Resolving customer quality topics on top priority
Qualifications
1. Min 2-5 years of relevant industry experience
2. Regular customer visits
3. Maintaining & building excellent & lasting
customer relationship
4. Knowledge of customer orientation & satisfaction
5. Quality conscious approach
6. Resolving customer “Q” topics on top priority
7. Excellent communication skills
8. Awareness of market dynamics in the automotive
& tractor segment
