Your impact
• Core competency in Architectural designs and should have ability and hands on experience to work on schematic/statutory/ working drawings/schedule extraction from Revit/family creation & editing parametrically and 2D /3D, Presentation, along with architectural BOQ & specifications
• Shall have knowledge of statutory regulations, LEEDs certifications requirements, hygiene and sustainability related design concepts/requirements
• Global architectural practices / domain knowledge preferable to be able to check & review our global engineering partner’s drawings & documents
• Positive attitude, excellent customer communications skills and the ability to act on own initiative with a strong commitment to customer servic
• Ability to present highly complex topics in an understandable manner
• Detailed knowledge of standards, codes and procedures and ability to transmit the same to others.
• Deep understanding of performance, reliability, scalability, security, and reusability tactics and strategies.
• Extensive knowledge in architectural design, strong knowledge of architectural governance
• Developed knowledge of Sustainable Design principles.
• Working knowledge of Auto Cad, Revit arch., Google sketch-up, etc. 3D software.
• Team build and strong relationship with down streams.
• Ability to identify integration patterns and points between various design areas and should be able to track the implementation of integrations.
Here's what you'll need
• 3-7 years of experience in handling mainly Industrial, Pharmaceutical cGMP & FMCG Projects
• Experience in interior design and landscape architecture will be given additional advantage.
• AutoCAD is essential
• Working knowledge of Revit Architecture, Photoshop, 3D Max & or Google
• Sketch- up shall be preferred.
