Information Technology (Pharma Field)
Experience Required: 12 – 15 Years
Location: Verna, Goa
Job Description:
Support and maintain the company ERP application, coordinate with Vendor for any issues.
Integration of Biometric access control system with cloud-based ERP system
All Telephone and its extension connections, Broadband/ Internet connections
All Technically required software installation, maintenance, and inventory managements of all IT items
IQ/OQ/PQ of IT related installations and software
Maintain the server rooms, servers & storage, network, and complete IT setup for maximum up-time.
Maintain end users’ systems & devices like printers, UPS, biometric / face scanning attendance machine, attendance software and assure maximum up-time.
Responsible for the complete IT security / Data security / Cyber security and data protection.
Maintain the Antivirus solutions for maximum up-time.
Take regular data backup and do periodic restoration testing.
Provide IT support to office users, monitor their day-to-day calls and work on escalations.
Remain up to date on latest IT trends and technology, latest IT solutions available in industry and propose suitable solutions for the organisation to the higher management.
Remain up to date on latest IT security treats / vulnerabilities to understand the impact and protect organisational IT setup to secure from those treats / vulnerabilities.
Maintain the IT Asset records up to date with users undertaking.
Make MIS reports and submit on the required regular intervals.
Track IT incidents and create corrective & preventive action plan.
Find and fix the root cause issues in the overall IT setup for smooth IT operations.
Evaluate new IT solutions and propose for business benefits.
Implement and maintain the Active Directory policies for users / data / security / process controls, Email setups with complete security, check and controls.
Track & maintain timely renewal of IT support contracts and coordinate with IT vendors.
Maintain Video & Audio-conferencing solution for best business utilisation, seamless user experience and maximum uptime.
Monitor and improve current processes, develop, and implement new SOPs.
Responsible for Computer Systems Validation (wherever required) and maintain the records.
Face regulatory audits from IT side, responsible to implement regulatory processes and maintain the regulatory records.
Experienced handling in CBO software
Experience in Firewall and Trouble shoot.
Knowledge of handling data from HPLC software like Chromeleon, Empower etc.
