Job Description
The desired candidate will be a vital part of the Global IT team with a proven track record of designing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to address challenges and opportunities within the domain. The candidate will be responsible for working with business and IT leads. S/he is expected to understand the cross-business requirements that form a product or solution. Will be expected to participate in scrubs of items that form the product and feature pipeline. A person who is passionate about improving business processes, and helping our business partners envision the future & how we enable it.
The Oracle cloud developer will perform hands-on technical implementation using standard and custom configuration and codes to build solutions using Oracle customer cloud platform. Experience with Groovy scripting is a big plus for this role.
Scope Of Responsibilities/expectations
• Configure and develop standard and customer objects using Oracle master data platform including Oracle customer cloud or Oracle product cloud.
• Work with the business users and IT BSAs to understand business requirements and then turn them into technical solutions.
• Basic understanding of data models within Oracle customer cloud.
• Perform broader technical design and create code specifications.
• Ensure the code is scalable and meets performance and security requirements
• Trouble-shoot problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
• Propose and contribute to process and project improvements.

Basic Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 4-6 years direct experience in MDM (Master data management) with a leading MDM tool suite (such as Oracle MDM, SAP MDM, Kalido MDM). Experience in Oracle Cloud is a big plus.
• Good understanding of Master Data Management strategies, implementing MDM services and capabilities, Metadata Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality solutions
• Experience with enterprise level data analysis and integration work and/or providing data focused systems integration solutions
• Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to apply technology solutions to solve business problems
• Understanding of Data Governance and how it relates to successful MDM
• Good understanding of PL/SQL
• Some experience with object oriented languages like: Java, Python etc.
• Experience with Oracle ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
• Groovy scripting experience is a big plus in this role.
