Overview:As part of our continued commitment to innovation, we are seeking an IT office Executive/ Office Administrator to work on an exciting project for one of our esteemed MNC clients. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a transformative Business initiative within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Requirement:Experience: 5+ YearsJob Type: C2HLocation: Pune (Work from office)Responsibility:Proactive IT Office executive with a minimum of 5 years of experience.Proficient in creating executive-level presentations using MS tools.Expertise in documentationExpertise in planning, scheduling, and managing leadership visits.Experienced in coordinating and communicating with cross-functional teams, including vendors, facility management, and others.Ability to organize and manage team-building activities and events.Oversee daily GIDC operations, including parking, snacks, and other group-related concerns.Proficient in documentation, defining best practices, and implementing process improvements for efficient office operations.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
