IT Operations Lead
Temp to Perm - Contract will convert to Direct Hire after 3-6 months
Pay Rate: $60-70/hr
Location: Onsite in Union City, CA (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Position Overview
The IT Operations Lead will oversee the organization's IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT systems and services. This role is crucial in maintaining network infrastructure, managing system resources, and optimizing cloud services to support the company's objectives.
This position will complete the assigned Oracle Fusion Cloud Implementation project tasks, meeting all key milestones and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and lead the IT operations team to ensure efficient IT service delivery.
• Oversee network administration, including monitoring and troubleshooting network issues.
• Implement and manage system management practices to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Coordinate cloud service management, ensuring that resources are effectively utilized and maintained.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align IT operations with business goals.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and users.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, with a focus on network administration and system management.
• Strong understanding of cloud services and cloud infrastructure management.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
