Job Overview
The IT Order and Fulfillment Technician is skilled and experienced with receiving and completing order . R esponsible for handling all order and fulfillment matters including but not limited to stocking orders, reviewing all tracked and received shipments, and assessing vendor pricing and performance .
How You Will Make An Impact
• Complet e requests for materials and equipment for End User Services, New Builds, Audio Visual and Networking
• Review scheduled orders to ensure correct priority and processing of purchase requests and order placement with selected vendor
• Ensur e vendor administration and tracking delivery of orders, as well as exceptions and vendor errors
• Work with the Global Order and Fulfillment Team to regularly assess vendor pricing and performance
• Ensur e that orders are placed through the correct vendors and maintaining visibility to confirm delivery to multiple offices around the US and international
• Complet e additional tasks assigned by Logistics Team Lead or Management
What You Will Need To Succeed
• HS Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in logistics, inventory or related field
• Available to work 40 hours/5 days per week
• S trong organizational skills and solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ready, willing, and able to deliver excellence independently or collaboratively
• Strong understanding of different operating systems (MAC, Windows, and LINUX)
• A nalytical thinker who can help organize and complete tasks
• I nnovative and self-motivated, with a keen ability to ask questions, as well as a self
