Required Skills
At least 3-4 years of experience managing a pre-sales team for an IT service organization.
Overall 8+ years in pre-sales
Hands-on experience delivering RFPs/RFIs/presentations.
Strong understanding of IT services, process, methodology (e.g., Agile/Scrum/ITIL)
Strong experience with MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS Project
Strong written and oral communication
· He should be a manager as well as should act as an individual contributor (with very less supervision & guidance)
· He must deal with the RFPs related to the direct and potential customers.
· Should know about the services of the organization, engagement model etc.
· Should know how to give RFP services to our software support services.
· He should be good with managed services which we are providing to our customers currently for example support Windows and Linux...
