IT Program Manager – Banking (Mumbai)
Domain – Tech application roll-out projects in Banking
Qualification – BE with MBA (is mandatory),PMP/Prince 2 is preferred
Experience band – 8 to 12 years relevant exp. In Consulting/Banking with PMO
• Managed Banking application rollout projects, in lending/payments/transaction banking/
• Understanding of Banking solutions – LOS,CRM.LMS
• Vendor management
• Understanding of Program management methodology and reporting
• Has exposure to the complete SDLC of any business application go-live
• Should be able to work in an agile development approach and be knowledgeable of the scrum ceremonies to be followed
• Driving innovation and creativity in the emerging field of digital transformation
• Leading new business opportunities by working on proposals as part of business development
• Manage project lifecycle activities from conceptualization to implementation and support by
facilitating tracking, coordinating, and reporting project activities to meet business deadlines
and complying with IT governance policies and processes
• Act as point of contact between the client, vendor team, other stakeholders involved in the project and manage day-to-day project activities
• Managing RFP and vendor selection
Skills Required:
• Experience in managing IT projects
• Exposure working in a Private Bank IT set-up and doing PMO is preferred
• Knowledge of Retail and Corporate banking customer life-cycle
• Strong domain knowledge of banking operations (Retail, Commercial, Cards, Digital)
• Strong project management & business planning skills
• Strong communication, written and document management skills
