Job Description: IT Project Coordinator for Web Design, Mobile Application, and Development Company
Job brief: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to oversee the organization of key client projects. The IT Project Coordinator's responsibilities include creating detailed project plans, ensuring the availability and allocation of resources, and delivering projects within specified timelines, budgets, and scopes. The ideal candidate should possess programming knowledge, expertise in logic, and experience in delivering applications using PHP, Open Source Technologies, Mobile Applications, CMS, Frameworks, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Developing project plans, goals, budgets, and identifying required resources.
Leading project planning sessions.
Coordinating staff and internal resources.
Managing relationships with clients.
Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Translating customer requirements into working instructions for Delivery; creating Procedure and Agreement Documents.
Ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of all projects.
Monitoring and tracking project milestones and deliverables.
Preparing time and work estimates for projects.
Assembling and coordinating project team members, assigning individual responsibilities.
Assisting in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant resources, and ensuring technical feasibility.
Preparing requests for proposals and conducting necessary meetings to facilitate the selection of project services and products.
Coordinating between clients and the company's team to ensure successful project outcomes and maximum client satisfaction.
Managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate methods.
Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Basecamp, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of IT project management experience.
Good Communication Skill.
