Project Coordinator: Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and communication to ensure successful and timely delivery of key projects while adhering to PMO standards.
Risk Management: Identify project risks and collaborate with teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
Business Process Improvement: Support workflow mapping and develop clear AS IS and TO BE documentation to guide improvements.

Training & Documentation: Create and deliver training materials and documentation to support user adoption
What you’ll bring
You bring proven experience in coordinating IT projects or working in a similar role. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is expected, along with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. You’re someone who can manage shifting priorities, balancing day-to-day operational support with strategic project work while maintaining attention to detail.

What’s in it for you
