Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager to be responsible for our ongoing projects. You will be working closely with team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.
Responsibilities:
• Leading and coordinating projects from initial stages through to delivery
• To manage scope, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.
• Reviews daily workloads with all departments and adjusts assignments as needed making sure that the appropriate talent is used and workloads are evenly maintained
• Monitoring current processes and inputting ideas on how to improve current practices where required
• Communicate project assignments and due dates to the team, mediate between India team and US team/clients to prioritize tasks
• Oversee multiple projects and keep clients and team informed of progress and issues
• Ensure appropriate resources are engaged and committed during the project life cycle
• Establish and maintain effective communications with team members, senior management, US team and clients through routine status reports and meetings
• Coordinate with internal development team and manage internal project documentation
• Create internal project documentation, including scope of work, proposal and flowchart Project internal documentation like scope of work, basic flowcharts etc.
• Adapt and manage changes to achieve project goals
• Evaluate the project health and take the necessary actions
Desired Skills:
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar position
• Basic knowledge about website design and development
• Basic knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
• Stay involved in client interaction, facilitate team and client meetings, and effectively communicates relevant project information to the leadership
• Outstanding organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time interacting with various clients simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required
