We are looking for a deadline-focused technical recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions.
Responsibilities:
1. Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
2. Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
3. Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
4. Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
5. Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
Requirements:
1. Must have 6 month to 2 years of experience.
2. A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
3. Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
4. Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Regular / Permanent, Internship
Salary: ₹15,446.72 - ₹25,171.63 per month
