Requirements
Objectives of this Role:
Source junior-level IT candidates for various technical roles within the organization.
Screen and interview candidates to ensure we present the best quality candidates to our clients.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific role requirements and provide suitable candidate recommendations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to effectively evaluate candidates' skills and expertise.
Build and maintain a candidate pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top IT professionals.
Network both online and offline to establish connections with potential candidates and promote our employer brand.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
Write and post job descriptions on job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.
Source and screen candidates using various sourcing techniques and tools.
Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our applicant tracking system.
Participate in career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to connect with potential candidates.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to effectively engage with candidates and provide insights to clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to IT roles.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, such as job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about the latest industry developments.
Preferred Qualifications:
