We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Recruiter HR to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our IT positions.

Responsibilities:

Source and recruit potential candidates through various channels such as social media, job boards, and professional networks

Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for IT positions

Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ technical skills, knowledge, and experience

Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

Negotiate employment offers and assist in onboarding new hires

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in IT recruitment

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

At least 1 year of experience as an IT Recruiter HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment

Strong knowledge of IT roles and the skills and experience required for these positions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
