Role & Responsibilities-
Recruiters are responsible for meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates.
This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.
Recruitment consultants are responsible for attracting candidates for jobs and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies.
You'll screen candidates, interview them, run background checks and finally match them to clients.
Preferred candidate profile -
Must have consultancy experience and doing end to end recruitment. (I.T/ Non-I.T)
Experience: 3+ years.
Should have worked from mid to leadership hiring..
The candidates who have handled clients/accounts would be preferred.
Pay: ₹10,249.19 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
