Filling positions within an organization.Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels.Screen incoming resumes and application forms.Interviewing candidates.Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managersDeveloping own network of suitable candidates.Record-keeping.Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidatesCoordinating interviews with the hiring managers.Following up on the interview process status.Freshers are Welcome.WORK FROM OFFICE.
