Designation: 1. Associate Talent Acquisition 2. Executive Talent Acquisition 3. Sr. Executive Talent Acquisition
Years of Experience: At least 0 to 3 years
Compensation: Rs. 1.5 to 3.6 lacs pa fixed + incentives
1. Fresher candidates Responsibilities: - IT Staffing and recruitment
There will be training on portal usage, candidate sourcing, screening, candidate interface, and MIS.
Basic understanding on Technologies
Exploring IT industry domains
Excellent communication skills
2. Jr/Sr/ IT Recruiter candidates Responsibilities: - IT Staffing and recruitment
Should have excellent hands-on experience in Sourcing, Screening, Interface with candidates.
Should have good understanding and experience in Permanent / Contract hiring
Excellent communication skills
