About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Working on getting requirements from clients for C2H hiring
• Working on technical profiles like frontend developer, backend developer, full stack developer, android developer, iOS developer, Java developer, DevOps Engineer, .Net Developer, QA, BA, project managers, etc.
• Coordinating with vendors and sourcing the profiles from Linked In and various job portals
• Working on getting and checking available resources from vendors matching their CV with the job description, screening them, and scheduling interviews with clients
• Working on fulfilling client requirements within the given time period from the client
• Working on mitigating resource concerns and adjusting goals
• Monitoring resources on a weekly basis and dealing with clients
• Assisting the client and working on the payroll part
• Working on collaborating on resource management with your team
• Documenting process and maintaining records
• Maintaining client and requirement database
