Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Recruiter to join our team, responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Sourcing and recruiting high-quality IT professionals through various channels.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, and vendors.
• Creating and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the IT industry.
• Managing multiple job openings simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient processing of candidate applications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify recruitment needs and develop targeted solutions.
• Promoting a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
Requirements
• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of IT recruitment best practices and trends.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the IT industry.
• Deep knowledge of IT skills, including SAP Modules, Oracle, Cloud technology, ERP, Full Stack Developer, Java, C++, Dot Net, and DevOps.
