Key Responsibilities
• Sourcing and recruiting high-quality IT professionals through various channels.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, and vendors.
• Creating and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the IT industry.
• Managing multiple job openings simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient processing of candidate applications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify recruitment needs and develop targeted solutions.
• Promoting a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
Requirements
• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of IT recruitment best practices and trends.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the IT industry.
• Deep knowledge of IT skills, including SAP Modules, Oracle, Cloud technology, ERP, Full Stack Developer, Java, C++, Dot Net, and DevOps.
