IT Region Architect - Asia

At Dormer Pramet IT is positioned as a trusted technology partner and efficient service provider to the business.
The role of the IT Region Architect Asia is pivotal in designing, implementing, and overseeing IT architectures within a specific regional context. This position is responsible for aligning IT strategies with regional business objectives, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and security of IT solutions across the designated regions.

Main Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with regional business leaders to understand and align IT strategies with regional business objectives and goals.
Design and develop IT architectures tailored to the specific needs and challenges of the regional landscape.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the region architecture is in line with overall IT strategy, landscape, and roadmap.
Implement and maintain scalable and secure IT solutions, ensuring they align with corporate standards and policies.
Assess and recommend technologies, tools, and methodologies that best suit regional requirements.
Lead regional IT projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery within established timelines and budgets.
Provide guidance and support to regional IT teams, fostering innovation and adherence to best practices.
Establish and maintain relationships with local vendors and service providers to ensure efficient delivery of IT services.
Monitor regional IT systems, conduct regular assessments, and implement improvements as necessary.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies within the regional IT framework.
Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure alignment between regional and global IT strategies.
PROFILE
Proven experience (5+ years) in IT architecture, design, and implementation, preferably in a regional context
A degree in a relevant field and previous experience as an IT Architect would be an advantage.
Strong understanding of regional IT infrastructure, challenges, and regulatory environments.
Proficiency in designing scalable and secure IT solutions tailored to regional requirements.
Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively.
Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Adaptability to dynamic regional business environments and changing technology landscapes.
Relevant certifications in IT architecture or related fields are advantageous.
Fluent in English.
