Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Sales Professional to join our team at ByteBudz. As an IT Sales Professional, your primary responsibility will be to leverage freelance platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr, as well as utilize LinkedIn and its networking capabilities to identify and secure new projects for the company. This is a performance-based position, where your compensation will be directly tied to the sales and projects you bring in.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize freelance platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr) to actively bid on projects relevant to our IT services and expertise.
• Effectively communicate with potential clients, understand their requirements, and present ByteBudz's solutions as a tailored fit for their needs.
• Maintain a strong LinkedIn profile and network, actively engaging with relevant professionals and potential clients.
• Identify and connect with decision-makers, influencers, and industry leaders on LinkedIn to build relationships and expand business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns on freelance platforms and LinkedIn.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platforms' best practices, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of ByteBudz.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities and project proposals.
• Collaborate with project delivery teams to ensure successful project handover and client satisfaction.
• Continuously enhance your knowledge of our IT services, industry trends, and freelance platform policies and procedures.
Requirements:
1 )Proven experience and success in sales, particularly in bidding for IT projects on freelance platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
2 )Exceptional knowledge of how freelance platforms operate, including project bidding, proposal writing, and negotiation techniques.
3) Proficiency in leveraging LinkedIn for sales and networking purposes, with a strong understanding of its features and best practices.
4) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling project proposals and engage with clients effectively.
5) Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong professional network on LinkedIn.
6) Strong self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
7) Good understanding of the IT services industry and its various domains.
8) Proactive, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
9) Solid organizational and time management skills.
10) Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
