Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Jaipur for an IT-Sales Associate at Gosotek Technology Private Limited. The IT-Sales Associate will be responsible for selling IT products and services, building client relationships, and providing technical support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
• Pitch IT products, solutions, and consultancy services to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demos.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors.
• Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications
• 0-2 years of Sales experience in IT products and services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of IT industry trends
• Ability to provide technical support to clients
• Experience with CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in website development or digital marketing is a plus
