Roles & Responsibilities :-
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector
• Build and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of IT products and industry trends
• Understand customer needs and propose tailored IT solutions (software, hardware, cloud)
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure profitable agreements
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver complete solutions
• Provide customer feedback to product development teams
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and market dynamics
• Experience in IT product sales, with a proven sales track record
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Familiarity with sales methodologies and CRM systems
• Preferred experience in selling cloud services, cybersecurity, or enterprise software
