We are looking for motivated self-starters who would like to pursue a career in IT Sales, you will be provided with mentoring, training and support. In this role you would be responsible for re-establishing relationships with existing customers, generating and progressing leads - this is not a cold calling position.
A typical day will include:
Proactively calling resellers; qualifying and identifying business opportunities
Arranging quotations and assisting customers with sales inquiries
Identify and manage low yield customers
Creating relationships with dormant accounts
Accurate and timely processing of customer sales orders
Meeting realistic KPI's and sales targets
Desirable skills for this position are:
The ability to relate to customers from a diverse background of environments – relationship building is key to this role
Ability to act on own initiative and exercise sound judgement
A proactive & flexible attitude with a capacity to assist & work with other team members
An ability to understand and interpret new technology
Attention to detail
Previous sales, retail or telemarketing experience
Excellent written and verbal communication
