Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive – Field Operations to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling our software products to businesses and clients through field visits, client meetings, and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territories through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable software solutions.
• Deliver product presentations and demos to clients, either on-site or virtually.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to ensure client needs are fully addressed.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and negotiation of deals.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline in CRM.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
• Attend trade shows, seminars, and networking events as required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in software sales, B2B preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
• Willingness to travel frequently for field work.
• Basic understanding of IT/software products (CRM, ERP, SaaS, etc.).
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
