Job Description
- Lead Generation II Cold Calling.
- Call existing and potential customers to inform, convince and sell the company's products and services.
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Accurately record details of customer's purchase orders and process customer purchases.
- Gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance performance.
- Refer customer requests/complaints to designated departments and follow-up to ensure action has been taken.
• Salary: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
