Job Summary : We are looking for dynamic, confident, presentable, trustworthy and passionate sales professionals who are actively looking to grow their careers in the sales field. The primary role of the Sales Executive is to present the company and sell products and services over calls and meetings and generate maximum leads and close them. Sales executives are expected to manage follow-ups with clients, all through meetings, phone calls, emails, SMS, and other mediums.
Qualification : Any graduate or PG/MBA in Marketing
Experience : Minimum 2 Years of experience in sales will be preferred. Fresher’s don’t apply.
Responsibilities and Duties :
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, visits, networking and other online/offline media.
• Promote product offers and campaigns to potential clients and generate maximum leads.
• Sales executives must be able to negotiate and be quick to understand the values and terms of the product or service they are selling.
• Schedule and visit to potential clients for product selling.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conferences.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Schedule and conduct product demos with potential clients.
• Present and distribute product catalogues/brochures/any other printables to potential clients.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
• Should have at least brief knowledge about IT products or services.
• Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external)
• Excellent communication skills – Hindi, English and Marathi.
• Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation.
