Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads through research, calls, and emails.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Collaborate with the technical team to address customer inquiries and provide solutions.
Assist in creating sales reports and analyzing performance metrics.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to gain exposure to real-world sales processes.
Stay updated on the latest IT products and services offered by the company.
Qualifications and Skills:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong interest in IT products and solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
