As a Bidder, your primary responsibility will be to secure new projects and clients for our company through effective bidding strategies and client communication. You will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our business by identifying opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and negotiating contracts. Responsibilities: Identify potential projects and clients on various freelancing platforms, with a focus on Upwork. Research and understand client requirements, project scope, and objectives. Prepare and submit detailed project proposals, tailored to meet client needs and expectations. Utilize effective bidding strategies to increase the chances of winning projects. Communicate with clients through Upwork messaging, emails, and other channels to establish strong relationships. ... Negotiate project terms, including pricing, deadlines, and deliverables. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and negotiate effectively. Proven track record of successfully winning projects and meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Ability to work independently and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
