Job Description
The Information Protection program is a key deliverable to meet regulatory requirements and as such the DLP Operations Analyst would be responsible for working with the program team, cyber design, end user technology, and other key stakeholders to ensure that program deliverables are completed according to committed timelines.
Key responsibilities of the role:
• Develops, maintains, and refines DLP processes
• Review and analyze DLP alerts on daily basis and notify the business as per the defined DLP Incident management process.
• Triage of alerts generated by various DLP systems
• Works with other areas such as Compliance to refine and improve handoff of alerts for investigation
• Experience in working with DLP policies, finding false positives, and providing inputs to engineering team for calibration.
• Works with SMEs in the project team to develop required processes to support the DLP implementation, support the on-going development of processes for exception management, incident management, change management, monitoring, and metrics development.
• Provides input to development and refinement of DLP rules
• Defines and documents processes
• Co-ordinates with stakeholders to embed agreed processes in to the organisation
• Provides input to end user guidance and communications materials
• Ability to present reports to and interact with senior leaders
