Description
As an IT service manager in our Claims IT department, you'll lead application development teams to deliver high-impact business value. Our platform utilizes modern technology to streamline and improve our claims processing. In this role you’ll develop innovative solutions through agile project methodologies, ensuring that we meet and exceed the needs of our business partners. Additionally, you’ll coordinate the performance and quality of all projects in the portfolio, the development of high-trust consultative relationships with our partners, and the career progression of a diverse team of high-potential resources.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to an offer and/or training.
Must-have Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, MIS, Business Management) and a minimum two years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery.
• In lieu of degree, a minimum four years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery may be accepted.
Preferred Skills
• Experience managing a team of technical resources including coaching and performance management
• Agile delivery experience and LEAN leadership approach
• Servant Leadership, strong people orientation and a proven ability to create and sustain an environment where people are highly engaged
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Experience with project sponsorship
Compensation
• $125,280-$153,120/year
• Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
