Key Responsibilities
Ensure key IT services are delivered and maintained in a complex business.
Monitor service performance and help resolve issues with support from experienced teams
Assist in managing small-scale tech projects from planning to delivery.
Work with business users, IT teams, and vendors to deliver practical solutions
Participate in workshops to understand business needs and challenges.
Help document requirements and map processes to support solution design.
What You’ll Bring
A relevant tertiary qualification in Business/Information Technology/Management Information Technology.
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar qualifications preferred.
Agile training (e.g. ScrumMaster) an advantage
Manufacuring industry sector experience essential
ITIL and business architecture training or experience an advantage
Project Management training or Change Management training an advantage
A strong interest in technology and how it supports real-world operations.
Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn from others. Great communication and problem-solving skills.
