You will join other .NET developers, DevOps gurus, and Business Analysts - all working in cross-functional squads to deliver leading technology solutions across all financial domains.

• You are a natural engineering talent who is working continuously on core enterprise systems and have been instrumental in developing, upgrading, maintaining, and replacing key technical systems in your current organization. Mission
As an IT Software Engineer - senior you will have the following responsibilities.
• You will be an individual contributor along with other skilled software engineers
• You work closely together with the Solution Architects, Area Leads and the Chapter Leads to understand the solution proposals and develop core IT systems for the bank.
• You will be an active member of a squad with dedicated tasks and strong delivery focus
• You should be able to adopt to a flexible array of emerging practices and be a great collaborator
• Design, build, test and deploy internal solutions and backend services that automate business processes from definition to release
• Experienced with working in CI/CD environment
• Must be a champion of Software Engineering and Craftsmanship practices and maintain development practices, writing clean, modular, and self-sustaining code, with repeatable quality and predictability.
• Contribute to improving the engineering process, pre-empt risks, define & execute contingency plans.
• Consistently demonstrate a sense of accountability for the quality and completeness of entire solutions/ service. Ideal Profile
• A least 5 years of experience developing and delivering robust enterprise products/ applications, using Microsoft tech stack including C#, MVC, WEB API, .NET CORE, SQL SERVER, and Azure DevOps
• Hands-on experience in AWS centric development (will be given preference).
• The candidate must be a hands-on practitioner and a results/delivery-oriented professional with proven ability to work in a high performing engineering team.
• Must possess experience working in agile delivery model, particularly scrum.
• Experience in AWS with: CICD, containers, Cloud native development, SQL, and NoSQL, Microservices and serverless compute will be highly beneficial for the success of the role.
• Must be a collaborator capable of working in a team environment with shared goals model and be open to join hands with other stakeholders on need/as per assignment.
• Experience in developing high-volume, scalable applications.
• Must be open to work in an environment where the latest tech and legacy components play together and contribute to the migration to newer stack in an incremental manner
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas by adopting tools and techniques appropriate to the audience and nature of technical information.
• Experience working with automated monitoring of live production systems / various observability platforms will be a plus.
• Experience on front end technologies like React will be an added advantage.
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
• A minimum academic qualification of Graduation in Engineering or Science.
Technical Skills:
• C# .NET, ASP.NET, .NET Framework & .NET Core,
• Experience in TDD & End to End / Acceptance Testing methodologies,
• SQL Server, TSQL, Entity Framework, similar ORM Tools,
• Microservices, REST APIs, Streaming Platforms, ETLs
• Experience in cloud native development and CI/CD platforms, Git/BitBucket.
• Ability to design, develop and support scalable enterprise applications.
