Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for the IT Staffing Sales Manager / Bench Sales Manager position. The role is responsible for managing a team of staffing sales executives to find new business while maintaining existing ones. The IT Staffing Sales Manager / Bench Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and recruiting candidates, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing the sales team to meet company goals.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in IT staffing sales/bench sales, including experience managing and leading a team of sales executives
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and candidates
• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets and manage the sales pipeline effectively
• Knowledge of the IT job market and the requirements for various roles
• Understanding of business practices and ability to identify areas of improvement
