Salary range: $81,638 - $98,901 (pro rata) plus super plus salary packaging
Up to $15,900 in salary packaging and hybrid WFH & office model

About the roleLegal Help is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled IT Superuser to join our newly established Digital Services and Strategy team. This vital role is essential for maintaining smooth operations and enhancing service delivery across Legal Help.

As our IT Superuser, you will be the go-to person for technology support, playing a crucial part in our digital transformation journey. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between Legal Help's specific needs and our broader Digital Transformation & Technology team.

Key Responsibilities Include

Providing responsive, first-line technical support to Legal Help staff.
Assisting staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues with Genesys and other critical systems used by Legal Help.
Delivering targeted training to boost staff digital capabilities.
Collaborating with the Genesys Lead and Digital Services & Strategy Lead on tailored technology solutions.
Acting as a key liaison between Legal Help and the Digital Transformation & Technology's Service Desk team, including escalating issues when required.
Identifying and implementing improvements to IT support processes.
Contributing to the ongoing enhancement of our digital systems and workflows.

Your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge will be vital in quickly addressing issues, ensuring our essential systems remain reliable and effective. As a bridge between Legal Help and the Service Desk team, you'll play a key role in aligning technical support with Legal Help's evolving needs, supporting our broader digital transformation efforts.

This role is central to Legal Help's mission of providing consistent, high-quality assistance to our clients, while fostering effective collaboration with our supporting partners.

This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.

About You

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in providing technical support through a variety of communication channels.
Strong organisational skills and the capacity to operate with minimal supervision, effectively prioritise tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and adhere to deadlines within a dynamic environment.
A collaborative mindset, with experience in mentoring colleagues and fostering a positive team culture that encourages skill development and knowledge sharing.
Adaptability and passion towards learning new technologies to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
