Job Title: IT Support Analyst
Location: London
Department: Information Technology
Hours: 08:30-16:30 / 0+:30-17:30 / 10:00-18:00
Purpose:
Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join the dynamic IT team of one of our global law firm clients on a permanent basis. You'll deliver top-notch customer service and technical support as part of a local and global service desk. This role offers exposure to a wide range of IT projects and the chance to enhance firm systems and procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support.
• Assist users via phone, email, direct contact, and remotely.
• Log incidents using Ivanti and ensure timely resolution.
• Support applications like MS Office, iManage, and more.
• Handle hardware support for laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Offer AV and VC support for meetings and events.
• Contribute to the User Support Knowledge base.
• Undertake IT projects as directed.
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Flexibility for occasional overtime and weekend work.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Windows 10, MS Office, Active Directory, and networking.
• Experience with mobile device support, especially iOS.
Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years in IT support, preferably in legal or professional services.
