We are currently seeking a talented IT Help Desk Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and resolving issues in a timely manner.

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with IT systems and software applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
