IT Support Engineer
**Key Responsibilities**
Configuration and troubleshooting of complex network environments
Domain user support with a focus on high system availability
Liaison with engineering staff in the conduct of engineering and maintenance services and activities for the customer
Undertake travel as required, both within Australia and internationally, to fulfil the requirements of this role
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
Certificate III in Information Technology, Electronics/Telecommunications or similar qualification
Minimum 3 years relevant post-qualification experience
Experience administering virtualised environments
Demonstrated understanding of and experience in data interface standards and protocols
Experience with Linux Command Line Interface
Experience with CISCO network devices
Familiarity with troubleshooting tools e.g. WireShark (desirable)
Familiarity with ISM, PSPF and basic Cyber Security principles (highly desirable)
