Strong experience and knowledge of the M365 ecosystem.Proven experience in a Systems administrator role supporting multiple technology platforms like Windows, MAC devices, O365, MDM (InTune/ JAMF).An excellent customer service manner is required together with the ability to handle sensitive and challenging support situations with a calm and methodical approach.Independently work as the IT SPOC while engaging managing OEM vendors and work collaborate closely with offshore (India Mexico) support teams.Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
