Job Title: IT Executive / IT Support Engineer
Location: Rajouri Garden & Tilak Nagar
Experience Required: Minimum 3+ Years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled IT professional to manage and support our organization’s IT infrastructure. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling hardware, networking, security systems, and day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
Manage and troubleshoot CCTV cameras and surveillance systems
Handle biometric attendance systems and intercom systems
Ensure proper functioning of mail servers and data storage systems
Maintain and monitor data security and backup processes
Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software issues
Manage basic networking, routers, and internet connectivity
Perform regular system updates, antivirus checks, and security patches
Coordinate with vendors for IT-related purchases and maintenance
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of computer hardware (desktop/laptop)
Experience with CCTV systems, biometric devices, and intercom setup
Understanding of data security and backup solutions
Knowledge of mail server management (Outlook, Google Workspace, etc.)
Basic knowledge of networking and troubleshooting
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
Relevant certifications will be an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
