Headquartered in Adelaide, Australia, we have offices and clients across multiple locations worldwide.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking skilled Onsite Support Engineers to provide dispatch-based support services to our clients. The ideal candidate should be flexible and capable of assisting with various IT-related issues onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, network, and printer issues

Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and apply patches

Perform software and hardware break-fix activities

Basic configuration and troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, switches, and routers

Install and administer Microsoft Office applications

Provide prompt and professional onsite support to clients

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in handling desktop, network, and printer support

Knowledge of basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN) and hardware configuration

Good understanding of switches, routers, and related equipment

Strong communication skills in business English along with the local language

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Location:

Onsite support in and around assigned client locations
